• The body shells are tempered cast aluminum (AS7G)
• Neoprene seals ensure protection to IP66
• All fastenings are instainlesssteel

• Insulators
• The single-piece insulators are of thermo-hardening molded plastic material
• Insulators for male and female contacts are interchangeable in the plugand socket body shells.
• Contacts
• Silver plated copper alloy full effective up to 200°C（392°）
• The cable terminals are of compression type and detachable.
• Auxiliary contacts
• Two pilot contacts as standard.
• Earthing
• The earth contact is secured directly to the body shell and earth continuity is guaranteed by means of a GITTER contact, an example of which is shown below

• Female contaqcts are fitted with PROCONECT designed internal slotted sleeve,(GITTER),which gives the following user benefits:
